A lookout circular has been issued against Olympian wrestler Sushil Kumar, who had allegedly thrashed to death another wrestler, 23-year-old Sagar Dhankad, and assaulted two of his friends inside Chhatrasal Stadium on Tuesday night in northwest Delhi.
