V Jayadevan, who devised the VJD method, has said that he has not received any financial compensation from the Indian cricket board (BCCI) for the past 10 years although his method has been used to calculate target scores in hundreds of rain-affected List A matches and T20s on the domestic circuit since the year 2007.
