Chief minister K Chandrashekar Rao’s son and information technology minister KT Rama Rao, the heir apparent, has emerged stronger and the undisputed Number 2 in the Telangana Rashtra Samithi (TRS) after the party bagged most of the seats in Greater Hyderabad, for which he was in charge. Analysts believe that if KCR succeeds in bagging a key role at the Centre, the son can be crowned CM post the Lok Sabha polls.
