Markets open higher, Sensex up over 80 points

On the BSE platform, Sun Pharma, Infosys, ICICI Bank and State Bank of India (SBI) were among the major gainers with their stocks surging as much as 1.39 per cent. On NSE, sub-indices Nifty Pharma and PSU Bank were the top gainers, up as much as 0.80 per cent.
