With few buyers, Iranian oil fleet heads to China ahead of US sanctions

China's Dalian city receives 1-3 million barrels of Iranian oil per month but now 22 million barrels of Iranian crude oil is being transported. Iran has switched off tracking devices on tankers to evade US authorities amidst re-imposing of sanctions on Nov 4. Iran stored oil at Dalian during 2014 sanctions that were later sold to buyers in South Korea and India.
