Swati Garg, 32, knocked on doors of flats to alert other residents after a fire engulfed a highrise tower in Gurugram. Thanks to her, almost everyone escaped to safety to the building’s upper floors. Unfortunately, she got trapped herself in a stairwell filled with thick smoke as the gate leading to the 10th floor terrace was locked.
